| The Role • Provide assurance and consulting services to assess whether risks are appropriately identified and managed • Develop, refine, and execute audit work programs to assess the effectiveness of information technology and application controls, security, systems development methodologies, architectures and business operations • Devise practical solutions for issues that arise in the course of this work and provide business process improvement recommendations • Enhance relationships with operating companies; liaise with operating company IT and financial management • Provide IT audit and CAAT assistance on financial, operational, and integrated audits and special projects as assigned • Provide concise and easily understood oral and written reporting of issues and assess adequacy of responses • Provide draft reports and revise as appropriate following review • Communication to senior Group and Operating Company Management of issues and solutions • Identify methods to improve risk management and internal control across the Group and promote IT best practices | ||

| Qualifications required: • Master’s degree with an emphasis in technology, computer science, engineering, or related field • Fluency in Dutch and English with proficiency in another European language being desirable • Minimum of four years progressive IT Audit experience in a recognized IT consulting or public accounting firm, or equivalent experience as an internal auditor or IT professional with at least two years in a leading role; supervisory experience a plus • RE required; also CIA, CISA and/or CISSP desirable • Full clean driver’s license • Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, techniques and tools • High level of PC literacy (MS Office; email) Experience preferred: • Experience auditing ERP systems, Information Security, reviewing IT systems selections and implementation projects • Working knowledge of the following with hands-on experience in three or more: Windows/Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, AS/400, Oracle, SQL server • Knowledge of key business applications such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Axapta, Navision, Lawson/Movex and JD Edwards with solid working knowledge of at least one • Solid working knowledge of Networking, including TCP/IP, Routing/Switching, Wireless Networking, VLANS, Intrusion Detection , Firewalls, Monitoring Tools and DNS desired • Knowledge of virtualization and web technologies desired • Hands-on experience with audit workflow, network security, and data analytics tools desired • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment | ||
