| Voor onze klant een internationale tankeropslag organisatie, zijn wij op zoek naar een type hoofd financiele administratie. Deze functionaris verzamelt de maandelijkse rapportage van de 10 administrateurs. De organisatie beschikt over 19 terminals verspreidt over de gehele wereld. De Senior accountant administreert deze gegevens voor de Accounting manager, die er op zijn beurt weer rapporteert aan de Business Controller. | Ensure general ledgers accurately reflect all business transactions; Ensure that all financial transactions are produced in accordance with local accounting principles and as required for IFRS; Assist the Accounting manager in preparing Internal Management and External Consolidated financial accounts in a timely manner; Preparing quality analytical reviews and summary reports in a timely manner. Financial Transaction Processing: - Prepare Journal entries for accounting of non-consolidated JV's and entries related to corporate entities; - Ensure that the records of non-consolidated JV's and corporate maintained entities are in accordance with business, statutory and legal requirements; - Perform monthly closing assignments to Published closing schedule incl., but not limited to, preparing transactions, allocations, and ensuring proper account classifications; - Review and advise on the correct coding of invoices and creation of journal entries towards local accounting managers, SSC and Accountants. Management reporting: - Assist preparation and review of financial reports on actuals, estimates and budget as required and Corporate management; Responsible for ensuring that the individual general ledger trial balances accurately reflect the periodic activities of the business and that the balance sheet accurately reflects the current financial position at the end of the fiscal period; External/ Internal Audit: - Provide appropriate support in audits (internal and external); - Prepare and support audit schedules as required for corporate reporting and disclosures Further tasks as required and assigned by the Business Controller or Accounting manager. | ||

| 2 year degree in Accounting or business management with 5-7 years of progressive experience with international corporation or industry specific company or audit experience with at least 3 years related to a role in general accounting and/or business analysis or 4-year degree in accounting or business management and 2-4 years experience with International Corp. or industry specific company or audit experience related to a role in general accounting and/or business analysis; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experience as a user of ERP accounting systems and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word); experience of working with Oracle pr HFM is a pre. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Flexibility in working hours required; Organized worker with an eye for detail; Team player, willing to develop. | ||
